People who think
about thinking
belong here

Arcturus Flux builds workshops around a single question: how do emotions shape financial decisions? We're a small team in Kfar Saba — and we're looking for people who find that question genuinely interesting, not just professionally useful.

Roles worth reading about

Each of these positions works directly with participants, curriculum, or community — sometimes all three. We don't separate "content people" from "operations people" here. If you're curious about how people learn and make decisions under emotional pressure, there's probably a place for you.

Full-time

Curriculum Designer

Build the exercises and assignments that participants actually do. You'll translate behavioral finance concepts into hands-on tasks — things people can try, fail at, and learn from in a workshop setting.

Flexible scheduling

Most sessions happen evenings and weekends to fit participants' lives — the team's schedule reflects that same flexibility.

Real subject matter

Emotional investing is a specific, underexplored field. You'll work on something with genuine intellectual depth, not generic professional development content.

Small team, real input

The team is small enough that your perspective on curriculum or community actually changes things. There's no large bureaucratic layer between an idea and its implementation.

Local roots, wider reach

We're based in Kfar Saba and connected to the local educational community, while our virtual workshops reach learners across the region.

Not seeing the right fit?

We occasionally bring in people for specific projects — curriculum reviews, facilitation for a single cohort, or research contributions. If your background is relevant, it's worth reaching out directly.
