Part-time

Workshop Facilitator — Emotional Investing

You'll lead live workshop sessions with small groups of participants working through behavioral finance exercises. The role is mostly about asking the right questions at the right moment — less lecturing, more guiding. Previous facilitation experience helps, but the more important thing is comfort with ambiguity and emotional topics.

Terms we use when hiring

Behavioral finance
The study of how psychological factors influence financial decisions — the core subject matter across all our workshops.
Cohort
A group of participants who move through a workshop program together, typically 8–15 people over several sessions.
Facilitation
Leading a session by asking questions and creating space for group reflection, rather than delivering a lecture.
Hybrid role
A position that combines on-site presence in Kfar Saba with remote work — the specific split depends on the role and schedule.
